These terms are a contract between you and Flighht ("Flighht", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of flighht.com. Flighht provides a members-only flight intelligence service: we surface curated flight deals from your home airport the moment fares drop and display live deals inside your member Hub. We are not a travel agency and do not book or sell flights — we point you to publicly bookable fares on third-party sites such as Google Flights.

By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and, if signing up on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind it.

Flighht Club is a paid weekly membership at $9.95 USD per week. You get full access to the Hub and every deal published during your subscription.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid week.

Payments are processed by Square, Inc. ("Square"). By purchasing a membership you also agree to Square's payment terms shown at checkout. Local taxes (where applicable) are calculated and collected at checkout.

Your membership renews automatically every week at $9.95 USD unless you cancel before the renewal date.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated abuse of the service.

Flighht and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the service, including the software, deal curation, branding, copy and design. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial use during your active membership. Nothing in these terms transfers any IP rights to you.

Flight prices, routes and availability change constantly and are controlled by the airlines and booking sites — not by us. We do our best to surface accurate, bookable fares, but we cannot guarantee any specific price will still be available when you click through. Always confirm the final price on the booking site before paying.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. One membership is for one person — please don't share your login. We may suspend accounts we believe are being shared or used in breach of these terms.

Don't scrape, resell or republish our deals. Don't use the service to break any law, infringe IP, distribute malware, or interfere with the security or operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, lost bookings, or lost savings). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes (price, billing cycle, refund policy) will be posted in your Hub before they take effect. Continued use of the Club after the change date means you accept the updated terms.
